11. In the event of a complaint or dispute in the Casino, the complaint must be submitted in writing within fourteen (14) days of the event happening. If the complaint is received after this time, the casino reserves its right not to address the matter. However, if there are extenuating circumstances; for example: A Player is incapacitated or otherwise unavailable for comment, we will address these issues on a case by case basis but reserve the right to invoke the 14 day rule above.
12. Neither we nor the software provider, or any of our or their affiliates and related parties, will be liable to you or to any third party for any costs, expenses, losses or claims arising or resulting from communications or system errors occurring in connection with the settlement of accounts or other features or components of the software. In the event of such errors, we will further have the right, but not the obligation, to remove any relevant games from the software and the website and take any other action to correct such errors.
13. Should there be a discrepancy in the result displayed, on the Player's Casino software and that of Diamond VIP Casino and its software, the result will stand only on the Casino server software.
14. Taxes on prizes and winnings are solely the responsibility of the player.

16. At all times Diamond VIP Casino has within its rights the ability to change or withdraw any of the games or activities within the Casino without recourse and without notice.
17. All deposits require a one time (x1) play through. This means a player cannot withdraw a balance unless he/she has wagered an amount equal or bigger than the last deposit amount.
18. Should a player abstain from the Casino for a period of 3 months or more then the Casino will be entitled to any balance in that players account and the sum forfeit. 26. If any of the materials of the Casino games are interfered with mutilated, forged or damaged they become void and unusable. 33. Players are allowed to withdraw up to $1,500 USD per request (all other currencies pegged to USD). If the amount wished to be withdrawn is greater than $1,500, then the remaining funds are left in the account. Once the first withdrawal is approved, a player can request an addition withdrawal with the money in his account. Player has the right to cancel the withdrawal request at any time while it is still pending. This also applies to the withdrawals of progressive jackpots.
34. Customers can submit their withdrawal request at anytime. The approval time may take fifteen - eighteen (15 - 18) working days starting the date authorization process was completed successfully.
